(google image) Self-Assessment: This was a beneficial activity for me, because it showed me a lot of ways that the smart board can be used in my future classroom. I think using the smart board is a way to truly engage students.
Educational Setting: The smart board is very helpful within an educational setting because it can be interactive by playing games on it. Also, you can write directly on a slide show! Another great feature it has for a classroom, is that you can save whatever you write on the white board and place it on your class website. This fits under the UDL approach because you can do so many different things to differentiate your lesson on the smart board to plan for diverse learners. This fits under the NETS-S standards in the Technology Operations and Concepts because children are showing how they can get involved in the lesson thru the use of technology that was taught to them.
